What are the setup costs?

Private suites, office cubes, virtual offices and mail boxes require the first months rent, 1 month security deposit and a $99 one time setup fee to get setup.

How many tenants are in the building?

Logical Workspaces has over 100+ tenants in both our locations. Most of them have been with us for almost 10 years. We have a great mix of tenants including real estate agencies, law firms, accountants, tech companies, construction companies, transportation companies, multi service companies, medical companies, security companies, and many more!

How fast is the Internet?

High Speed Fiber fast. We offer both wired and wireless access

What are the building access hours?

24 hours 7 days a week. Tenants are provided with secure access to the building with a mobile app.

What are office cubes?

Office cubes are an open space affordable solution. They provide a large desk, a file cabinet and executive chair. They are a great way to get started for small businesses or people who work out of their homes but are looking for a space to work. Many of our real estate agents, lawyers, accountants and others utilize the office cubes.

What are the sizes of private offices?

Our private offices come in size, medium, large and extra large sizes. Our small offices are about 10 X 11 and can fix one large desk or two small desks. Our medium suites are about 200 SF and can easily fit 2 - 3 desks and people. Our large offices are about 250 SF and can easily fit 2 large desks comfortably and 3 - 4 desks if needed. We also offer extra large spaces of 500 - 1000 SF with multiple combination of smaller offices within or adjoining.

What are the prices of private offices?

Privates offices range from $750 - $850 for a small, $850 - $950 for a medium, $900 - $1100 for a large and $1100+ for extra large spaces. All tenants must pay Florida Sales taxes on the base rent and is additional. All office packages include all services and no additional charges are incurred by the tenant.

Do I need an appointment to tour the building?

No, just stop by Monday through Friday from 10AM - 4PM.

When can I use the conference rooms?

Anytime. Logical Workspaces has two large private conference rooms which can fix 5 - 10 people comfortably. Larger events can work as well. We offer an online calendar where all tenants can book their own appointments and even setup up reservations on a recurring basis. During the work day 9AM - 5PM the conference rooms are generally available. 5PM to 8PM Monday through Friday the conference rooms are busier. The weekends are generally available as well.

How long are the leases?

Cubes, virtual offices and mailboxes are a 6 month term. Private suites require a 1 year lease.

What is the security in the building?

The building has 24 security camera monitoring with exterior lighting throughout the night.

How are mail and packages handled?

Each tenant is given their own private mailbox. Our staff distributes the mail to the boxes each day. We also accept Fedex and UPS packages and hold them at the front desk for all tenants.

Do I get a local phone number?

On request yes, we can provide a local 561 phone number. Private offices and cubes also receive an Avaya digital phone headset. All calls can be forwarded to a cell phone if needed.
